I bought two keys. One doesn't work at all (Cowboys key), and the color was already falling off in my hand. The other key is tight in the lock and I hope eventually it will work. Not happy at all with spending that much for keys that don't work or look good at all. ??????? I'll have to go elsewhere next time.
Easy peasyThe keys always seem lightweight to me but I haven't had any to break. This is my 3rd time using the kiosk.
Called early morning for a quote. Took my info and said to stay by the phone since a person was going to call me in less than 5 minutes. Never called. Called an hour and half later letting me know they were on the way to service. WTH?! I told them I didn’t request a service just needed a quote. At that point I had contacted someone else. Immediately someone else called asking me why I canceled the service I booked. Explained to them all I needed was a quote and didn’t need their service. I then got another call 5 minutes later with same questions. Throughout the day I got a total of 5 calls asking me if I needed service!!!!!! Terrible customer service! Won’t leave me alone!
I should have read the reviews before calling them. I decided not to use their services based on the reviews. They charged me $60 for cancellation, since they required my credit card information at the time of the call. Another lesson learned!
