Left me locked out for so long I decided to get an Uber and run to home Depot for an air shim, a wedge and a large flat bar and then got back to me vehicle and unlocked it myself. This was after waiting for an hour for someone who they told me was already in the area. Had my vehicle unlocked within 10 minutes and back finally on the road with my little puppy who was locked in the vehicle with it running and is the reason for getting locked out. She hit the lock button while standing up against the driver door to see out the window when I got out to go pay for gas. I was back on the road for about 20 minutes when I got a call asking me if I still needed them to come out. I said " I was told someone was already coming out hours ago and gave up. Thanks
Called about getting my ignition cylinder replaced in my vehicle. All was fine until I was connected to the technician. He asked me a few questions and said he'd call me back and let me know. After some time he texted me asking a few questions in which I quickly replied. After a few hours had passed I reached out to him again and he was no where to be found, he never answered the phone or reached back out to me. If he couldn’t do the job I requested then he should’ve been open and upfront about it. I feel as if that was really unprofessional, I will not use this company again or refer anyone to them.
Ethan came out all the way to Suwanee to help me get my car unlocked. He was very nice and very helpful and I really appreciated his service. I didn’t have to wait long for him to get here to help me at all. I highly recommend him and he is good at what he does.
Ethan gave me great service, he arrived quickly and did a fast job. Gave me a great price as well, I was very pleased with his service and amazed at how quick he got it done! Definitely would recommend this company for anyone who needs a fast job done.
