Staff is very rude and speak to you like you are bothering them. Also treat you like you have no idea what you are talking about. The receptionist asked what kind of door and opener i had. I told her I had a direct drive opener (as the box it came it calls it) ahe whispered under her breath thats not what its called but okay. Was told someone would call me to schedule a time to come out and never heard a thing.
We had a spring on our 1960s garage door break and knock the brace that was holding it out of place. A service technician came out and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed as well as the time and estimated cost of the repair. We asked that he replace and repair any other worn parts on our door to make sure it operates as it should. Work was done professionally and with care in the timeframe described. All old parts were removed and disposed. He went above and beyond making sure the old door had all the safety wires and was working well! Thanks!
Excellent customer service when I called they said it would be a couple hours before some one could come out. With in the hour they were at my house and temporarily fixed door so we could use garage door. And measured for replacement springs and. Once the springs came in they were there promptly had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend there service for sure, in the future they will be my only call.
I was there on a Friday. The lady told me to come back on Wednesday and there would be a person on site to re-key my 2 door locks. After taking the locks out and bringing them on Wednesday that same lady told me no one was available. That being said, if you need keys made they are fine. If you need service or reliability I can not recommend Wolverine.
The installer came out today and did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond. He was very friendly and efficient. Even installed bulbs in my existing opener and set up a key pad outside of the door. The office was extremely friendly setting up my appointment. I highly recommend giving Wolverine Door Service a call for any door service. They have definitely earned my business!!
