At first. Josh was kind, courteous , and I could immediately tell he knew what he was doing. My frustration comes from a lack of communication and professionalism. As a former locksmith myself. I hate to clean up after other people messes. Which is why I mentioned everything up front BEFORE he got to us. He still showed up and couldn’t get the key to program to our car for reason but he would be back the following Monday. Which I understand, we weren’t able to program the key as well. I was about to get my checkbook to pay for his time, gas, as well as inquire about getting another key made for another car of ours. This was Friday, he said he would be back Monday morning at 9am. Call him around 9:30 to see if he was on the way, he picks up the phone, and says “hello” (btw not common courtesy when answering a business call) he heard my voice and immediately hung up. Tried calling again and went straight to voicemail! If you couldn’t do it in the first place, it would’ve have been much better to say it in the first place, or simply decline the job all together. I was willing to pay for his time and gas he spent trying to get this vehicle to start. He very knowledge with great potential and skills. But either him or the company need to make changes to their administration and professionalism.
