Please be careful when using this company!!!!!!! They quote you a price over the phone without a service fee, then add it later. They gave my wife the price after they unlocked her vehicle. When my wife complained to the technician about the price, the technician being late and not calling her back, he told her he would call the company to see about dropping the service fee. He never called anyone but came back with the service fee erased.I called them this morning and was quoted a price of 125. When I called back to talk to the owner or corporate, I was told that’s not an option. I asked the man on the phone, who sounded Persian, to have the owner call me; his response was, “yea, ok.” I asked him to verify my phone number and he wouldn’t.
