Reviews

What customers say

Customers describe prompt help with vehicle-key jobs. One received a new fob and spare key within 45 minutes, and another got a work-van key after the locksmith arrived within a few hours. A customer, however, reported waiting from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.; they said a requested chip-programmed key was made as a regular key and that the locksmith argued before leaving with the key.

Both of my GMC Terrain key fobs needed replacement. One died 1 year ago. Today, at Kroger, the key on my second fob broke off in the ignition. I called 901 Locksmiths. Within 45 minutes, they came to my location, provided me with a new key fob and a second key (no fob). Their service was fantastic. Their price was very reasonable. 5 Stars for 901 Locksmiths. Great customer service at a very reasonable price! Thanks 901!

These guys are amazing! My toddler misplaced my work van key so I couldn’t get to work, as a small business owner that’s incredibly stressful. They were out to my home within just a few hours and I had a new key and was on the road. Highly recommend!

Musa did an excellent job and was very patient with us. We were on a limited time schedule and he was able to complete a large project. He rekeyed/repaired multiple old iron storm doors, installed keypads and fixed old door knobs. Great service! Will continue to use him in the future.

Granted it was sunday but three of the well known brands told me they were too busy to get me today. I called this one and he was here working on my car getting rekeyed in literally 15 min of my request. It took less than 30 minutes if that. Great job!

Terrible service called at 9am didn’t get to my vehicle until 1:30p , i had to text for a time slot of when he would be here . Explained i needed a chip programmed key , he made a regular key and asked for payment. Explained to him i needed a program key and he argued with me until he snatched the key and just walked off . I got a hint of prejudice from him and he was very rude from the beginning. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY WITH SO MANY GOOD LOCKSMITH SERVICES AVAILABLE IN THE MEMPHIS / CORDOVA AREA. Will have someone else give me what i asked for in the morning !
