AAA-1 Lock & Key

I called to have a locksmith come out and get the broken key out of my tractor ignition. The lady who answered the phone just argued with me and told me that she needed both pieces of the key so she could make a new key. I told her that half the key was broken into the ignition switch and she kept saying she needed both pieces of the key. I asked if she could send somebody out I'm sure they have great technicians and get the broken piece out and then we can get a key made. She said yes yes and it would be $125 but the tech would have to go back and see if they had a key or not blank and if they did then it would be more money to make the key. Then she said it would be an hour and 45 minutes or longer before she could have anybody out here she was just swamped and shorthanded and yeah yeah yeah yeah. So I think AAA has been around a long time and is a good business but they sure need to get somebody else to answer the phone because she's not very nice. I use a lot of Locksmiths because I own a real estate company and I will probably not use AAA - 1 ever because of their receptionist

When my grandmother was locked out of her house, AAA-1 Lock & Key (Josh the locksmith) provided an outstanding solution that exceeded our expectations. Josh arrived on time and handled the situation with impressive expertise and efficiency, delivering high-quality results at an affordable cost. What stood out most was his genuine kindness, helpfulness, and caring demeanor toward my grandmother, making a potentially stressful event much easier to manage. Overall, the service was exemplary in every aspect, and I would not hesitate to endorse them to others in need of reliable assistance.

From the moment I called to when the technician arrived, everything was seamless. He was on time, friendly and very professional. He explained the lock issue quickly, worked efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I appreciated his upbeat personality and the fact that he arrived within 15 minutes after my request for a 24 hour locksmith. The job was done right the first time and I feel more secure at home. I would definitely recommend AAA-1 Lock and Key to anyone looking for reliable residential locksmith service.
