The guys at Minuteman helped me get a box unlocked and make new keys for the box. I was surprised at how fast they got the job completed. They called me to say it was finished before I even got home. Friendly employees who did great work for me.
Had a horrible experience this morning, a man came to unlock a brand new car of ours. He had a very bad attitude when arriving as if he was put out he had to come. He was very rough with the tools to use in order to unlock the car. I asked him to please be careful and he responded with "I am going to do what I need to do", I asked him to please leave and I would call another lock smith. He insisted on retrying. Once it was unlocked he spouted off a very rude comment got in his truck and sped away. He still had my key fob in his jacket and refused to return it. My husband had to flag him down to get this back. I called the store to report, they seem to not care either how the employee treated a customer. I would NOT use this company again.

I have been using Minuteman for years and they have always been excellent. The techs are polite and efferent and the office staff is wonderful. I have used them for car lockouts, re-keying homes and rentals and commercial re-keys. Always very happy. Honest pricing and good service.
I have used these guys before and have had a great experience. Great guys, knowledgeable, fast, inexpensive. The code to the office safe wouldn’t work and we lost the key. I knew where to take it. They quickly were able to get into the safe, fix and reset the code, and make a new key. Great place. I won’t go anywhere else.
