I called to verify that the business could make my keys. I said "Great, I will be there in about 20 minutes." The man said "Where are you coming from? We have another shop." That question saved me about an hour of precious time. Additionally, in the store, Carter was fast and efficient. He even tried my car key to make certain it worked before I paid the bill. I needed a variety of 5 keys. There was a duplicate in the stack. His honesty saved me duplicating those two keys. Great service with a smile.
