Very happy with my service from aim lock this week. Had to have my locks re-keyed, it was a quick process. Service was very friendly. Had a minor issue with the lock a couple days later (unrelated) and they were able to come by and help me out with that. Overall fantastic service and I am very happy. Would definitely use again!
Helpful and honest. I had an old safe. The combo and key were both lost. They helped me figure out what my options were. And then helped me drill into it to retrieve the contents.
I had a terrible experience with this company’s customer service, particularly with Valerie, the customer rep. I was initially given a date to have my lock fixed, only to have Valerie cancel last minute, claiming the tech had an emergency job and that her other tech was on vacation. She assured me it would be done before the week ended, but that week came and went with no update. The second week went by with the same lack of communication. Every time I called, I got the same excuse.Valerie then told me a tech would be in my area on Wednesday of that week, but she didn’t call the day before to confirm a time and ignored my calls until they closed. On Wednesday morning, I had to call five times before she finally picked up, only to give me the same excuse about "emergency important jobs." This was incredibly unprofessional. My job was an emergency too! Why confirm the appointment if there weren't enough techs available? Finally, she told me she had no idea when my lock could be fixed and rudely said if I could find someone else, I should feel free to do so. While I can't speak to the quality of their techs, my experience with Valerie's customer service was abysmal. Avoid this company if you can.
This is my second 5 star review on Aim Lock & Safe in Milton Ont.Fred replaced my front door handleset. He was very professional, friendly and kept me up to date on his punctual appointment time.Valerie in the office is also awesome.Bill and Cory were outstanding last year on another job.Excellent employees and company!!Highly recommend.
Fast and knowledgeable. We had a key break off in the door and they were able to get it out and us into the office in a matter of a few seconds. They were able to replace all the locks and provide us with new keys in less than 20 minutes. Would recommend using their service especially in Milton.
