Wonderful experience great customer service

I had an appointment scheduled for a few days. I changed my schedule to make sure I was there for the service call. I was texting them (the only form of communication that we ever had which is fine but just to make it clear) seeing if they were still coming since they were about 45 minutes late and no response. Nothing. I had a tight window of time as they were aware. There was no communication completed by a no show when it really mattered.

I called early in the morning and they returned my call within 5 minutes... They were there within the time they told me... The gentleman that helped me was amazing... Worked fast... And was genuinely a fun person to talk to! Will use their service again if need be. Hopefully not though ??
