Professional Safe & Lock Service, Inc.

Impressive, fast and courteous. I have a key that needed to be copied. I previously went to three different places located closer to me and all three failed miserably at being able to make and remake working copies. After six wasted trips and money at other places, I found Professional Safe & Lock Service online and decided to make the drive and give them a try. Best customer service experience ever, from the moment I stepped foot in the door. The lady that assisted me was very courteous and professional. But what impressed me most was the speed in which she made four keys for me. By the time I glanced around, took a business card and reached in my purse to pull out a credit card, she had all four keys ready for me. She advised me that they guarantee their work and to let them know if I have any issues (contrary to the three prior businesses I had been to). I came home with a pit in my stomach (due to my past experiences with the other businesses) and immediately tried the keys that Professional Safe & Lock Service had just made for me. They worked beautifully.... ALL THE KEYS WORKED!!! I highly recommend Professional Safe & Lock Service. It is the locksmith service that I will be using from now on. I do not reside in their area, but they are definitely worth the drive. THANK YOU Professional Safe & Lock Service!

I came for a copy of a key that for some reason I was unable to duplicate at a kiosk inside a Meijer store. They have a variety of different keys, in fact, an entire wall of them. Fancy patterned ones as well as plain. Workers were very polite and helpful. My key was done in about 30 seconds and cost $7. They offer a 30 day guarantee. Definitely recommend for all your key needs. I feel better supporting a small business.
