Ideal Lock and Service

Very satisfied we the service provided by Ideal Lock. I lost the keys to my filing cabinet and I thought it would be too small a job to interest any locksmith. But Spencer was very accommodating and responded immediately. After sending him a picture of the lock on my cabinet, he had a new set of keys cut within half an hour. The price very reasonable. I am very pleased to have found Ideal Lock. I will certainly call on them next time I need some locksmith services. I highly recommend them.

We recently had a fantastic experience with Spencer from Ideal Lock and Service. When the push paddle on our door broke at one of our offices, creating a fire hazard as you couldn't exit the building, the previous company we called dismissed it as "wear and tear" for the second time and said there was nothing they could do to help us except request urgent service or wait three days. Thankfully, Spencer came to the rescue! From the moment we contacted Ideal Lock and Service, Spencer was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived within hours, assessed the situation, and assured us that he could replace the push paddle without any issues. His confidence and expertise were immediately evident. Spencer efficiently replaced the push paddle, but he noticed there was friction when pressing the handle. He took extra time to diagnose the root cause of the problem, identifying why the door handle had broken twice within the past two years. Only after thoroughly fixing the issue and ensuring it worked perfectly did he proceed to his next client. What really impressed us was Spencer's commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service, and his attention to detail was second to none. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled locksmith, we highly recommend Spencer at Ideal Lock and Service. His exceptional service and dedication to his work make him the best choice. Thank you, Spencer, for going above and beyond to help us! We will definitely use your service in the future and recommend you to any of our clients. A+++++

Outstanding professional service! It was truly a pleasure working with Ideal Lock and Service. Spencer was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately. We needed a mail key cut and we were under the gun for time so he was waiting by his truck with the machine ready to go as soon as we pulled up and we are in and out of there in 5 minutes! Of course the keys worked perfectly. Looking forward to working with them again in the future for their locksmith services as well! Highly recommended! An easy 5 stars!

Super great experience with Spencer. I decided to go with Ideal after reading the reviews, and now that he’s been by I wanted to add my own for others who are looking for a locksmith. Great communication (setting up the appointment, estimated arrival time etc), squeezed me in very quickly, and was super friendly as well. He was very considerate about not disturbing my baby with the noise of drilling through my door, and also checked to make sure pets in the house were secure. He also made me some extra keys and vacuumed up the area he was working in as well. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith!
