Joel was amazing. I Locked myself out on Christmas after 5 PM and he didn’t rush me or make me feel bad about the situation. Customer service was fantastic, I asked about a spare key and he let me know he would get right on it for me. Even charged me less then what I was originally quoted. I had already bought two keys from Amazon for about twenty-five bucks. I called and asked if they could cut and program they keys. They said it would be 2 dollars to cut a key and fifty to program. I dove up there a week later, and they programmed and cut both keys for a price of 53 dollars total (I had an old vajet key, so that may have helped the price some).I now have two "full" keys with keyless entry and can set my alarm now. The keys work perfectly. The whole process took about five minutes. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. They are a superb, honest business.
