Dont trust the automated message system. "Dash" said it would be an hour wait and that I would get a text shortly. After 20 minutes, I called to speak to a real person because I had not received a text yet. They said they could see me on the list and a dispatcher would contact me shortly. After 2 hours, I called again to speak to a live person and she said that no one could come until the morning.
Made a claim with my insurance company to get my keys out of my truck and then called these guys to ask if they could get them out and leave them on the flatbed because i had somewhere to be. They said no, they needed someone there with a valid ID. That's understandable. Canceled the claim and made a new one after my function so I can make sure I am there per their policy. They told my insurance agent im out of their operating zone which is a straight up lie.
Told me $75 over the phone.... Waited 45 minutes then they called back wanting $125. Told them to cancel. Would have happily paid the $125 if they would have told me upfront.
I first attempted to make a request using the Dash AI but after 30 minutes I called and spoke to an agent and was told the request didn’t go through and they’ve been having issues with it. I got over that and made a new request with a live agent to which I waited 2 hrs and with each call for an update on the ETA got 30 minutes. Don’t call them if you ever want to actually get into your car.
