Angry customer, bad experience.I was waiting in line for like 15m, during which the guy at the counter was taking his time to explain something to the customer behind, and then, serve some other customer. Finally my turn to get service, and the guy just grab some keys at the counter, and he goes back to his desk and leaves me there without even acknowledging I am there, not even a "wait" or anything, he just left to do something else.When they don't have customers, I have received some good service in the past, but it seems like they're getting too old (And the only one that was there today, probably autistic), but they should "refresh" the employees or ownership, otherwise, it's a waste of time for the customers, I cannot really wait 20-30m until they are done with something else...
1. Just had keys duplicated here. As soon as we got home we tried them. None open the lock and they do not resemble the original. 2. Accidentally left another key on the countertop. The clerk did not mention anything as I left . 3 Their website says open to 5:30. We called about 5:05. Already gone. They responded at 5:15 , gone for the day, only mobile is open till 5:30. Although their website does not say that.
Can't recommend enough. I had an unfortunate experience with a locksmith co. I found on Google that had high ratings, but the tech was terrible, total hack job. Bruce Bauer Lumber recommended Gary at First Lock. They made the necessary adjustments and replaced strike plates and on a return trip replaced door handles, everything works way better now. It was nice to have a younger locksmith training and learning the trade with the more experienced techs.
Wow! What a neat and tidy shop and such polite and helpful people. Really impressed.I need duplicate keys for my motorcycle and Ace Hardware, Blossom Hardware cannot make it. Similarly kiosk at Home Depot or Safeway cannot either. However, they made the duplicate key for $22. Not cheap but did it just right.
Very good communication. Fair pricing. Qualified professionals! They had my 2500# safe out the door in 5 minutes!
