I misplaced my rental car key ( eventually found after the fact, of course) and Phil took the call from Hertz. He worked efficiently and even tried helping me find the original key. I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air wedge and a metal rod to reach through the door slit and grab the key ring (around 6 keys). After the job, my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap.

I asked the technician to pour a small amount of water on that area to check the seal, and it leaked. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like “Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?” which came across as condescending.

Later they claimed to have “before and after” photos, but the only photo they had was taken after the job was done, and they tried to use it as proof that the damage existed earlier. That is not honest or professional.

The leak and misalignment started immediately after their visit, and their reaction showed zero accountability. I filed a Yelp Guarantee claim and Yelp validated the issue and reimbursed me after reviewing the evidence.

If you hire them, document everything with photos and video, because they will refuse responsibility if something goes wrong.

I got locked out so I called 6 -7 locksmith companies. Among all of them, this company had the best price. The price charged was exactly what was quoted on the call. (no hidden charges or vague upsell tactics). A guy came 30 mins later and it took him 5 minutes to unlock the door.

I loved that it was so stress free and honest.
