The duplicate key that was made by this machine doesn’t work at all. I didn’t get a receipt bc I didn’t want them having my phone number and try to sell me something else (as the machine did 3 times while getting the key duplicated) and the machine didn’t offer a printed receipt. So now I am out $10 and have no way to get a refund…. “100% satisfaction guarantee ” is a lie.
I called to get 2 keys cut for my vehicle and was told it would be $160 because I already had the keys, but because they were not supplying the keys they couldn’t guarantee they would program. I told them that’s fine. They came out and cut the keys and asked was I sure I wanted them programmed and I said yes. He told me it would be an additional $120 to program them. I told him Nevermind I’ll just pay the $160. Then he told me it would be $210 because it was $170 plus $40 charge for coming out. I told him that was not what he told me over the phone. I paid him the $210 but that’s just terrible way to run a business.
