Monte was fantastic to work with. He responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and had the job completed in no time. Professional, knowledgeable, and very fair with his pricing. He took the time to explain everything and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find reliable service providers these days, but Monte exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith and will definitely use him again in the future.
Simon was INCREDIBLE. First, he came out on a Sunday AND was there within 30 mins from 2 towns away. Next, he jumped my mom’s van before cutting the key. NEXT, I asked him to look at the electronic chair lift that is installed in the back of her van (we had an issue with the remote), it was not his specialty but he took extra time to help me. Service like this doesn’t seem to happen anymore. It gave me hope for the world. THANK YOU SIMON!
Needed a spare Key and Fob for my GMC Denali, called ABC Locksmith on Jason Blvd. They sent a young man to my house who tried for over 2.5 hours and even took my steering column apart but could not get the key to work and said I would have to go to the actual business as their machine for cutring keys was better. The following week I went to ABC locksmith on Jason Blvd who said they used OEM keys & fobs and would not be a problem but that wasn't the case. I went back 6 times to ABC as the key or fob stopped working within a week each time. The 1st time I was stranded I had to get an uber for 40 bucks to go home and get my original key and fob tobget the truck started. ABC would reprogram the key or fob and then it stopped working again and again. The last time I went in on May 13th Jake said take it to a GMC dealer and see what they say about it not staying programed. I went to BEACH GMC SERVICE and it turns out the fob and key are NOT OEM from ABC and thats why they KEPT FAILING. I went back to ABC and asked for a refund and was told by Jake that they DO NOT OFFER REDUNDS. I asked to speak to the owner and he said he wasn't around and would not give me his name for security reasons which is childish and ridiculous. ABC DOES NOT USE OEM FOBS OR KEYS (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO FROM ABC WITHOUT GMC ON IT, LIKE THE ONE FROM BEACH GMC ALSO SHOWN) and has terrible service and no warranty on the work they do, they should be ashamed of their service and everyone should be warned of this business. I will be taking them to small claims court and let the judge decide if they should be held responsible. Also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau... GO TO A TRUSTED DEALER LIKE BEACH GMC if you want a reliable OEM part and excellent service and a warranty! ABC LOCKSMITH has several negative reviews for the exact same issue and the businesses response was negative to the customer each time. See photos below of fob and key made by ABC compared to the photo with the actual OEM fob and key from Beach GMC Service. Always use a trusted company with a valid warranty that backs up their work, unlike ABC... Thank you to Beach GMC Service for doing the job right and also giving me a warranty on the work they did! That's how a reputable company operates.
