If I could give negative stars, I would.We had used this company in the past and were satisfied with their service. However, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing.While the company responded promptly, the technician's service was unacceptable. We explained the issue we were having with the lock, but after spending only about two minutes looking at it, he declared that nothing was wrong.Since the problem persisted, we ended up calling two additional locksmiths. The third one was able to identify and fix the issue that this technician failed to address.Prompt response time means little when the problem is dismissed without a proper inspection. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
