Called to ask if he could help, and as I was talking he said "You're taking too long to explain yourself. Not interested." and hung up on me.Mind you, the total call time (I went back and checked) was 43 seconds long... I tried to call back 2 more times just in case it was a call issue but hung up on me both times too.Pretty pathetic excuse for customer service. Someone with this attitude doesnt deserve the business. Be warned!
This guy knows his stuff.He was personable and friendly with me, and cut 2 automotive keys for me for a great price.Since he is mobile, he really helped me out when I was in a jam this morning due to the dealership not cutting keys on a Saturday...even though they booked me in for Saturday morning first thing!He met me at an agreed place within 30 mins of the phone call; he cut the keys within 5 minutes; he sent me on my way within 10 minutes of arrival.Love this guy, I'll never call anyone else if I need keys cut.10/10
There's no second chance to make a good first impression and this guy failed miserably. I just called to inquire about getting locks rekeyed and the guy was rude and abrupt. Prices were cheap but told me he didn't have a shop and I'm better off taking them to Gallazin because he was too busy anyway. Was on the call less than 2 minutes. He may have earned more stars in past years but his more recent reviews reveal that he is consistently rude. I certainly will take my business elsewhere and I suggest others do the same as you likely get what you pay for. Certainly not customer service in this case.
Talked to him about cutting keys for a car.Was rude, and didn't listen to my concern.I was trying to explain to him that I would pull the ignition lock cylinder and have two OEM blank keys. All I needed was them to be cut.All he said was no its too much work. Would not recommend.
