Jeff was great!!In the 45 years I have lived in my house, I never locked myself out. I guess there’s a first time for everything. When I called Goldy Locks around 8:50 this morning I was given an arrival time window of 10-12. I was also quoted the price for the service. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised when Jeff called me about 9:25 saying he would see me in about 15 minutes—earlier than my window time!! Jeff couldn’t have been nicer!I am so grateful for this service!! Thank you!!
I called Goldy Locks for the first time and am very happy with their services. A few weeks ago, we had a new door lock installed with a contractor which would not lock properly. I called their office Friday afternoon to see when someone could come out, and they were able to make an appointment for the following Monday, but then called me 15 minutes later to let me know they had a cancellation and could send out their locksmith in the next 15-20 minutes. The locksmith arrived within that time period and was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed everything within 20 minutes or less. I will definitely call them again with any other lock issues that may come up.
Jacob solved my issue right away. My front door knob only worked when turned one direction, not the other. Without taking it apart, he suspected the latch, and he was correct. He had the replacement part in his truck, and after a quick swap the knob worked perfectly again. They clearly knew what they were doing and provided very professional service.

I recently had Goldy Locks come in to do some work on the front door to my salon here in Andersonville. Corey Cannan, specifically, went above and beyond in his installation of the new door. Given the cold temperatures and snowy conditions that later hit in the day, Corey was a complete professional in his braving the elements. I very much appreciated his punctuality and help in carrying a very heavy door downstairs. I couldn’t recommend Goldy Locks more. Great job, guys!
