Professional, courteous service at a reasonable price. None better in the area!
One of, if not the only locksmith in the greater New Bedford area, who will cut high security (ie, laser-cut') auto keys. I purchased my Saab 9-3 key on-line & brought it to them, 5 mins & 55 dollars later I had a working copy. Keep in mind, this was the key only. Programming the FOB/transponder for Saabs is not something they do, but they can recommend somebody.Very happy with their friendly service.
Mike Tyson said it best. Social media made y'all comfortable with being rude. You will reap what you sow. Try going around the dealership for a $500 key fob and you might need some patience when things don't go right the first time. He's a small business owner I'm sure doing his best. If you don't wanna deal with programming a key fob. Pay for it at the dealership and don't make it my key mans problem. It's your key not working. You fix it! I wouldn't deal with rude customers either. Have a nice day??
I can't thank them enough. Amazing service. The car keys came out great. Very nice guys and on top of the great service and even better prices I left my license and some valuable documents there by accident and they hold them up for me. Extremely grateful! God bless this guys multiple times.
Dear Reader,Very unprofessional when they make mistakes. Drive down the shop to make sure they had my vehicle’s fob right. The guy arrived and immediately gets to work ignoring both my mother and I. He gets done wit programming the key only to tell us that “they sent him the wrong paperwork” and that they key inside the fob would not be able to open the car door in case the car ran out of battery. When I called this to his attention dude blew a fuse and started talking about how “maybe I should have done this at the dealer.” After talking a while he gets mor wand more upset and drives off. Dude peeled off the street with me within a couple feet. I was thoroughly disgusted wit the lack of customer service and the overall unprofessional attitude of the guy attending us. That was until I spoke with his brother, an equally unpleasant and rude individual. I attempted to bring up the fact that we tried making sure the key was right before the job was sent out and he brushed it off saying “well whatcha wanna so about it.” And hung up on me before I could explain further. Overall terrible experience with this unprofessional company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT call these people. You might catch them on the wrong day like we did and get the absolute worst service possible.Thank you for reading this far, Greg
