Our daughter‘s apartment door was locked and closed while her keys were inside. Fortunately, she was spending the night at our house so we made arrangements to meet a locksmith there the next day at 3 o’clock. After waiting for 45 minutes past 3:00 and getting the runaround from this particular locksmith, we called Rich’s Keys and Locks. Fortunately, Wes was visiting family in the area and came right over. He looked at the door, worked his magic and opened it up. We were so grateful and I wanted to pay him extra money for his quick service but he declined and said he doesn’t take advantage of people’s dire situations. What an admirable businessman.Before you call any other locksmith, please consider calling Rich’s Keys and Locks.

Yesterday afternoon I arrived home and my keypad lock wouldn’t work. I quickly posted on my local FB page asking my neighbors if they recommended a locksmith. The name that came up over & over was Rich’s Keys & Locks.I called and my call was picked up quickly. I told Wes my problem and I was so grateful he said he could be at my house in 2 hours. He recommended I go purchase a new lock in case he couldn’t get mine to work. I appreciated this so much because he didn’t try to sell me one and up charge like they usually do.He was on time to the minute. He worked so hard to get in without having to replace the lock so I could return the one I purchased but ultimately needed toreplace it.He quickly changed the lock and even went to get a vacuum to clean up the mess drilling my initial lock made. I was impressed by this because the last few times I’ve had appliances repaired, the repairmen left a mess.Most notable was that I was charged a VERY fair price. I was sure I was going to be charged a small fortune but Wes said he doesn’t operate like that. Wow! I really can’t recommend this business enough. Literally, go program his number in to your phone now so it’s there when you need it.
Wes was great & easy to work with.I needed a couple of keys cut and I wanted to work with a human being not a machine!I spoke with Wes. I made an appointment to swing by his shop person. We had a lovely chat and I had 4 new keys cut in under five minutesProfessional, friendly and easy to work withHighly recommend!
