Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after a customer requests locksmith service from KeyMe?
KeyMe helps connect the customer with a locksmith service provider. The provider may assess the issue on-site, explain recommended work and seek authorization before proceeding.
Can KeyMe's final locksmith service total change after an inspection?
It may change because some issues cannot be fully diagnosed until the provider inspects the lock, key, door, vehicle or hardware in person.
Does KeyMe usually replace a lock during a lockout?
KeyMe says its locksmiths can usually get customers inside without replacing the lock, though some less common cases require replacement.
Is locksmith service available around the clock in New Orleans?
KeyMe says locksmith services are available 24/7 in many major metro areas, but service may be limited by location, time of day and technician availability.
