Customer Reviews

Lindsey C. Holmes

Bashir was amazing! We called several locksmiths before him that weren't transparent in their pricing. He told us quickly and easily how much the service would cost. He made it to us when he said he would and proceeded to start working. He worked and worked until he got us in. And our locks were not easy. We knew he was the man for the job when we tried to give him an out and he said - 'Oh no, I'm going to open this door!' That dedication is key for any professional. We 1000% recommend Bashir!

Bashir answered the phone the minute it turned 8 AM. He was quick to the point And diagnosed the issues with my car lock in less than five minutes no extra weight no hassle only 30 minute wait after I called. He worked in the snow and icy conditions with no complaint made me two new keys for my car and even worked on my old one now I have three when I used to have one and all for a good price. Highly recommend it, especially if you were in the Essex County region.

Excellent service from Undeniable Access. After losing my car keys and having another locksmith unable to complete the job, I reached out to Bashir, who was recommended to me. He arrived quickly, made me new keys, and got my car started. He was professional, reliable, and friendly, and the price was great. Highly recommend him!

Bashir programmed a key fob for my 2014 vehicle for a fraction of the dealer’s price. He responded promptly to my initial email and once we set up an appointment he arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He made the entire process quick and easy. Excellent service. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I highly recommend this business!
