I arrived at the location only to find that it was closed until January 2nd. Prior to coming, I checked both the automated phone service and the business’s Google page, which indicated that the location was open. Unfortunately, this inaccurate information resulted in wasting two hours of my day. I strongly encourage management to ensure that business hours are updated accurately across all platforms to prevent this inconvenience for customers in the future.
Absolutely terrible service. They lied about their truck being broken down on delivery day only to find out that they measured the door incorrectly. This is all after having waited over 2 months for a door. Save your time and money. Highly unprofessional.
Used to love them when at Davis/Leslie. We have many employees that need their own keys.. Never had a problem getting keys cut right then and there.. now they expect people to leave the keys and come back DAYS later? Not convenient for some businesses.. Maybe instead of having the snippy woman at the counter looking down her nose on people.. she should learn the easy task of key cutting..
My family and I have been doing business with Gamble Lock, Door & Safe, since the early 80s. As we've always got great service and /or advice, so it comes as no surprise that I tell my friends about them.My most recent experience sure keeps the above statement accurate. A friend of mine had a dead automotive key fob, he called Gamble Lock, Door& Safe, and spoke with Ben, who told him how easy and inexpensive it was to fix this problem. My friend, who is not much of a handy person, handed the phone to me, while I was following Ben's easy to follow instructions, Ben was patient with me, and to no surprise, the the fob works again.Thank you Ben, and Gamble Lock, Door & SafeJames Hastings and my friend Doug
The best lock/key shop ever! I have made copies of keys from various places before, those self serve machines at Walmart, Canadian tire, etc. but none of them made keys as smooth as this place! It just works so amazingly well, no more wiggle your way in the lock! Definitely will come back again.
