I stand by the below, The lady needs a customer service course. Moved it to a 2 over the 1 star because they reached back out and tried to help find what I needed ( at least I hope they did). Who reached out was VERY persistent in messaging to help. But they also wanted me to change my review here and asked a few times. Review are for people to leave a comment about their experience. Yes some people do it for the wrong reasons but it's goes both ways, trying to sway people into changing real experiences will not help anyone. Your issue shouldn't be with me and the review but YOUR employee that represents you at the start. Just like life bad first impression stick some times. OG post: RUDE!! I called to ask a question about finding a part. The lady just simply said no and told me she had another call and HUNG UP ON ME!! If I need to replace I know who I'm not using!

Showed up in a miserable blizzard and fixed my locks in a fast efficient manor! Tech explained the issues, gave me options and was very polite … definitely will be adding to my contacts!

I called Locksmith on Demand to unlock a door and change the locks on the day enforcement officers evicted one of my tenants. Roman always answered the phone promptly and was very accommodating when I had to reschedule the eviction date. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would highly recommend them.
