Reviews

What customers say

Several customers found the kiosk easy to use or its instructions clear, and some said their copies worked well. Results were uneven: one customer said four keys had so many burrs that they were unusable without sanding, while another reported that only two of eight copies worked. A customer whose key did not turn at home said the refund process was easy.

Seamless process. The key programming instructions were easy to follow

Barbara Griffith Norwex

All the four keys had lots of burrs, so many that they were unusable without lots of sanding. I then went to Ace Hardware, which only cost $2.49 per key, and they were incredibly helpful, even labeled each key, and they also had a better variety of keys!

Easy to use and great deal with the Buy 2, get 1 free! All 3 keys came out perfect & in under 5 minutes

Michael Palmer

I made the key using the kiosk and it had easy instructions that I could understand. It took only about 1 or 2 minutes. When I checked the key it worked perfectly. I recommend this to everyone

Alechia Nance

The key was nice and smooth. It worked really well. Nice quality key also.

Leanne Stanley

It was convenient and easy to navigate but it was also $7.46 for a single brass key and I was offered a $2.99 add on to make the cut "smoother". Doesn't make sense to me and it's way over priced. I'll look around for something better priced if I'm in need of another key in the future.

Kacee Benton

I had to get duplicate keys, and had an easy experience using the key machine at a major retailer. Convenient!! The keys fit accurately. I would use again.

Joseph Bui

Fast, streamlined experience. Key worked, although did not fit completely perfectly. Still perfectly usable. Ended up picking a unique design as well.

Let did not work

Have made many keys from these kiosks, and have always been happy until this last time. Evidently they charged me almost twelve dollars for 2 keys. When I ordered one. They came back and said, I ordered one and another one at 33% percent off which I did not do.However, did get two keys both , yet for twelve dollars. That's a little ridiculous.

I love the experience of getting keys at the kiosk, but there almost is never any new key designs. Which is fine if you're looking for just duplicates, but if you prefer other style or anything similar then you have to get it delivered to you. The only problem is that the screen is as large as your body so everyone nearby can see your information. I would suggest prompting the user a qr code to scan that way you can input thier information securely. Letting them complete thier order manually also leaves the window for them creating an account - making backtracking easier.

I made a double copy of 4 keys for a total of 8 and only 2 of them worked. Ended up spending close to $40. In my opinion a person is better than the self serving machine. Was that being said I will never use it again.

Diana Jones

The kiosk was easy to use, a decent fee, but the key take A LOT of wiggling to get it to work. There was an option to 'soften the rough edges' for a few more dollars. This should be done for all keys, why charge more?

Kya McEachern

I drove around a lot to find a kiosk and when I got to this one I got my key went home and it didn’t turn. Will give them 3 stars for that. Their refund process was extremely easy! Thank you for that atleast but I do still need a good copy of my house key.
