I’m sorry, but this is not the first time you’ve guys tried to add more money on top of The quote you guys have told people 179$ for a key Was told on the phone and then tells us we have to order your key, especially for ur car orders it then waits last minute to tell us when we get there oh it’s not 179$ it’s 250$ plus tax lol So now I get what you guys do, you tell people the wrong quote you’ll wait for them to come into the shop to tell them that you have a special made key thing for their car and it cost more well. I’m gonna tell everybody that you can go to your own dealerships for your car for half the price or even half the cost if you bring your VIN number in to your local dealership they won’t charge you guys more than $200 and give you the right quote two years ago. I called KeyMaster got a quote for $150 for a key fob for my Dodge journey. He ended up coming to my house installing the key fob and said it was a special key fob charged me $350 at the door instead of the 150. I paid $79 at my local dealership for them to do it properly By far, worst service I’ve ever seen

I’d called for a quote for a lock change a few weeks ago and was quoted (solid quote), told open availability for my date, etc. Called back to confirm and was told they no longer make house calls/offer that service and wouldn’t honour the quote/request. A pity; the representative was kind and knowledgeable, but stated the owner would make no exceptions though he decided just this week to stop offering this service.
