The key did not work. And I lost out on money because I had to purchase another key
So one key worked well, the second one failed twice. I sought a refund the first time and decided to seek a keysmith the second failure. It could be that I was pressing the key to hard or not hard enough either way if it not fool proof than it is not full proof.
The keys did not work for my house
It's a terrible service. You explain exactly what you need, and then they do a terrible job and you have to pay even though it's not done right. I called, and they refused to replace it. ??
Quick and easy process using the machine. Instructions are clear as you go through the process. It will tell you which designs can be printed immediately and which would require shipping. I was able to apply a promotion, buy 2 get 1 free. I did have an issue with one of my keys not turning which was refunded. The only thing I didn’t like about the refund was I paid extra for specialty keys & they refunded the price of the basic key I chose as the “free” key.
