American Lock and Key is absolutely amazing! It is so refreshing dealing with people who know what they’re doing and don’t drop the ball then give me a bunch of excuses. I needed some business locks rekeyed and some trash bin locks unlocked, and American Lock and Key took care of everything.Michelle, the office lady, was incredibly helpful and accommodating with answering all of my dumb questions and setting everything up. Every time I called, Michelle had the answers. Chris M., the locksmith, was an absolute genius. He would give LockPickingLawyer a run for his money. Chris showed up early, super nice and friendly, and he knew exactly what he was doing. I saw him pick four different types of locks using different techniques on each lock. He did it all with ease too. I actually want to see him get into a safe. Jordan was such a great help. We misplaced the key on my son's electric scooter and he (and the full team) not only replaced the key, but fixed some type of issue in the scooter that wasn't causing it to start. They are friendly, professional, and provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location should you have and key mishaps.

All the staff at this location are great, super helpful and got the job done right. I needed a key copied for an older vehicle with a transponder key, and they went out of their way to get the job done properly. Even ordered an older chip in, so that the key would be reliable without fail. Big thanks, and I will definitely use you for any future needs!
