Mike responded to my call and arrived in 15 minutes. He was prompt and worked quickly to get me back inside my condo. He also had the equipment to create a new set of keys which was convenient because I needed an extra copy anyways. Great service! Would highly recommend and use again.

We hired this company to install a new lock at our commercial complex. Unfortunately, the workmanship was substandard and the customer service was even worse.The lock was left with a visible gap and loose collar that every other unit in our building does not have. When we reached out with photos and video showing the issue, instead of taking responsibility or correcting an obvious installation problem, we were given long, scripted explanations insisting that the installation was “functional” and therefore acceptable.In a business environment, presentation and quality matter just as much as basic functionality. A professional locksmith should be able to recognize when a part doesn’t fit properly and address it on-site, not leave it looking unfinished.We also requested three keys and were only provided two.We value vendors who stand behind their work. In this case, the response was defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. We will not be using this company again and do not recommend them for commercial properties where quality standards matter.
I have had the worst experience ever with this lock smith if you’re reading please go through this company I paid 180 for a new key because I lost mine and the keys don’t work and now he’s telling me I need a new ignition which I never had an issue with. I feel playedI trusted him and cool and understanding and I this he’s just trying to rip me off
