Exceptional service and value. I contacted Norte to install a new passcode locking mechanism on a (20 year old) basement sliding door. This is apparently not a common request and Forte was the only locksmith out of 5 that I contacted that was willing to assist. Sam and Javier were invaluable in providing input on selecting a suitable device and were easy and reliable to communicate with. The job took longer than anticipated but we were able to renegotiate a very fair cost compromise. I had to call them back for a minor adjustment and they returned promptly to fix. I highly recommend Forte for any locksmith work, particularly if you’ re looking at new hardware for an old slider.10/10.
