Reviews highlight helpful, friendly staff and clear guidance for keys, lock rekeying, and related hardware. Several customers describe quick turnaround, including next-morning rekeying and a mobile visit for a broken ignition key. Pricing for repairs and window work is often called reasonable. A few critiques mention occasional misinformation at the counter and concerns about the parking lot condition.

Good service the only thing the have to fix the parking lot to many pothole and one day I’m parked in front of the store open my car door soon I’m touching the ground my feet going deep in the freezing water big pothole i hope they fix that parking when winter is over

Wonderful place for a wide range of hardware and home goods. And they repair windows — even double-pane — for a reasonable price. Really friendly and helpful people as well. A million times better experience than the big orange or blue stores.

I was extremely satisfied with my service today! Kevin and his mobile van came to my house and shortly was able to provide me with new keys to replace the key that broke off in my ignition. He even jump started my battery to ensure I could start the car! Super easy to work with and efficient, Kevin is the man!

Called late afternoon with a request to rekey at least one lock in our new home before movers came. They were here very early the next morning and rekeyed 5 door locks and replaced needed parts. They recognized the emergency and responded so quickly. We are so grateful.

Came in to the store today. Showed the locksmith my key fob, explained I only needed the plastic cover. He said I needed to have the entire key replaced and cut, that the key is attached to the plastic fob. I explained my fob was different and that I just needed the plastic case that I have moved the key and the electronics over before in my other key fob with no issues.I offered to show him, he kept repeating the key is part of the plastic and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I get that he is a locksmith, but why wouldn't you at least look at what I was trying to show him? I was willing to take my key apart and show him..he just repeated, "Nope, it's all one piece". Again, I tried to tell him mine was not like that. "Wouldn't you like locksmith to cut a new key", he stated. I told him again, my key was fine, just need the plastic case and did they sell just a plastic case. It would have been fine for him to not believe me, he's a locksmith, but I was standing right there and offered to unscrew it but he just went around the counter and repeated again, that's not how they are made. I informed him I have four just like it (2 different Honda cars) at home and I've replaced two others with just a plastic case by moving the metal key part and electronics over to the new plastic case. Picture of my key below, with open case and key easily removed. Don't need to pay for a key cut. Going to order a part off Amazon I guess as they are unable or unwilling (?) to help me. Best part is as I was leaving he turned to the other gentlemen there and said, "Go figure". Never bothered to look and see what I was talking about, just willing to imply I had no idea what I was talking about. At least look if nothing else to show me that I was wrong... Or learning something new. Horrible customer service.
