I called these clowns to ask a simple question about duplicating my car key fob. I made the horrible mistake of giving them my home address. They sent an Eastern European guy unannounced, who told me he could do the job.I asked him how much the service would cost, and he said he needed to check the car first. I clearly told him that this was a new model and that there was a high chance he wouldn't be able to bypass the security check. I also mentioned that he would most likely need a passcode from the dealership. He insisted that he knew what he was doing and that he just wanted to check the car to determine whether he could do it or not.He took the car keys, got into the car with some device, and stayed inside for about 10 minutes. When he came back, he told me that he couldn’t do it.After he left, I discovered multiple error messages on the car:Malfunction in the hybrid systemMalfunction in the fuel tankMalfunction in the engineI texted the guy, and he denied doing anything to the car, claiming that these errors weren’t caused by him.I am now taking the car to the dealership. My sincere advice: avoid these clowns.
I am giving low rating because of not following the instructions. My car battery was dead and manual key was not working. I check the locksmith near me and this was the closest one I found, since it was open, so I called them to check the availability and requested to send someone next day morning time. Seems like it was some miscommunication between the person who pick my call and person who came for helping to open the door. Someone call within the minutes and I asked them price but he didn’t respond clearly and immediately came to the address I shared. After that they charged $160 plus $50 after hours charge (which I didn’t asked to do). I called at 6pm and requested the service for next day time.
This company just came by and helped me into my house after my garage door keypad was not working. Very nice man got here fast, when he was here he was very informative and even made us feel like he was just there to help. We have smart locks on our front doors and he told us they can't be picked by hand.(researched this and he was being truthful) so the only he could get in was to drill our deadbolt and handle out. He said that was quite pricey and asked if we had another door without a smart lock that he could pick and that way save us money. So he ended up picking the sliding glass door lock and saving us time and money. Highly recommend this company as they are honest, trustworthy and I say this because he could have drilled the locks and charged us however much but he did not. Great company
