Communication with Mike was easy and he was able to send someone over quickly. Tom fixed the lock and gave us some suggestions for annual maintenance. I'd call Oaktown again and recommend them.
Mike is one of the nicest guy around, friendly, Quickly job done. My key was rejected by few places including Walmart as they couldn't had the same kind of key (or it was not house keys) more ppl should know about this greatplace. Plus "Lucy" will greet you, which is top of every thing.
Terrible experience with the Boss named Mike?? They changed lock in my business and he dined the service's and not haveing tall service man ...Quotes ** all the service man are short** as he was saing it the 6.8 tall man who is the best awsome gentelman service man I have seen in my life showd up at worktold Mike...This gentelman...the boss giy was hiding somewhere in the back....
I had such a great experience with this locksmith service. From the moment I made contact, they were friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. The turnaround time was so quick much quicker than I expected! and everything was explained clearly. The work was done to a high standard, and I genuinely felt looked after throughout the whole process. I honestly can’t praise them enough. This is a service I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy locksmith. I’m only saying this because it’s the truth, they really were "excellent".
I have written about three reviews in my lifetime.... This place is awesome ! After about 7 hours of frustration at a few Home Depot's - I realized that the Weiser locks that Home Depot sells are complete garbage. The fellow at Oaktown patiently explained my options for three replacement door handles and deadbolts. All items were locksmith keyed at no additional charge so that my keys fit all doors. There were several tips and tricks offered to ease my self-installation rookie worries. Everything went smooth. It's so nice to know that there are independent stores that offer the service and products of quality, while at a price that was extremely competitive. I will visit again to get some replacement handles for my internal doors now that the outside ones have been replaced. Best of all, my wife loves the look and smooth action of the hardware.
