Over the phone, this guy told me that a card was fine to pay with (after a $30 deposit). After getting here, he then told me I needed to pay him in cash because it was an after hours call. He told me the lock change would cost $800.

At this point I’ve already been waiting outside in 40 degree weather for two hours due to constant delays from him, and I just needed to get inside. He suggested going to an ATM together so that I can withdraw cash. I went to the bank but the whole thing felt increasingly sketchy. After I questioned him on whether this was a scam he became aggressive, shouting at me and demanding I get his cash. He then sped off after yelling at me that he would go back to my house and break down the lock on my door. I had to call the police because of the threat.

After all this, he then calls me asking if I could leave him a good review … Save your money and go elsewhere, it’s not worth the headache.

Scheduled an appointment to get a lock changed. Everything was fine and was told they would be here in an hour by 11am. They called back and ask if they can come at 1pm instead. I tell them its no problem. 1 rolls around and nobody shows up. After a half hour I call to see if anyone is on their way and I proceed to get hung up on several times after just trying to find out if someone was going to show up or not. Don't waste your time.
