The key wasn’t cut correctly. It wasn’t able to open my door. So bad experience
There is a problem with the touchscreen. I tapped it in many Areas on the screen and it took about three or four minutes to register that I was tapping. I texted support, but then the machine started working and key came out great
Had 4 keys made at the machine in the Walmart in Parlin/Old Bridge on Route 9 South. 3 fit the lock but were stiff and hard to turn. 1 didn't work at all even after using a nail clipper file on the burrs. Also it didn't seem that the machine gripped the inserted key tightly as I had experienced in other machines. 3 out of 4 is good.Lol.
I copied my house key, it was convenient and didn't take long
All 3 keys doesn't open or lock the door
