William came out and got me a new key fob and programmed it to my vehicle, he was very open about his pricing and up front! He came in and got the job done. He has great customer service and was on time and great communication. I will definitely be using his company again for any keys or lockout services

William came out and even talk to me through the nightmare I faced around 9:00 p.m. Sunday night. I called four different 24/7 locksmiths and none of them could come out until Monday. It wasn't an emergency but William came out anyway and help me to get in the car and also unlock the door so I could get in and then make it easier for the next day when he came again to help out this time completely solving at least half of the problem that I was willing to pay for... Absolutely amazing The service and way that it was done very professional and super efficient. Also enjoyed meeting William... Thank you very much! When I bought my truck it came with only a single key fob and I wanted a second. After some research I contacted Jumpstarts and Lockouts Lacey late one evening and got a quick reply from William, who helped me understand what was involved in programming a new fob for a Hyundai. He was great to work with on scheduling and coordination. The job itself went pretty fast. William was professional and friendly, and I learned a lot in the process. Hopefully I'll never need such service again but if I do, this is who I'll call.
Outstanding customer service! William, did an Amazing job of installing my lock. Walked me through the process and explained everything to me. He even adjusted my door so my lock would work smoothly.
