Keys look cheap and are a little rough to use. Have to jiggle to get them to work. My doors are less than a year old.

I wish I could leave no stars after just getting scammed by KeyMe Locksmith in Lacey Wa!! Over $1,300.00 for our commercial front door lock is absurd! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! They were not upfront or specific to the actual cost. Just said its $499 for a lock, not hey your door requires two locks so it will be $99 per lock and then $150 labor and added taxes and fees........ that is not how you do business

I spent all my $$$ just to have to get a new locksmith out here to fix the man pictured failure.They wanted 660 for a job where the locks do not even work right! My security system has him recorded from the repeated breaking of bits due to using the wrong tools, calling his buddy for help (which Google translated to be interesting conversation to say the least) and even recorded when he became hostile as I cleaned up after him because I was crying over a price. A price that should of been given when I asked in the beginning, on the phone... where i could say i do not have that kind of money. Then the best end to any recording ever... the locks do not even work.
NEVER AGAIN AND PLEASE JOIN ME IN REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB, TO PROTECT ALL CONSUMERS IN NEED!
