Reviews
What customers say
Customers report mixed key-copy results: some say their keys worked, while others describe rough cuts or copies that were hard to use. One customer said the company replaced the front-door locks and keys the same day after all house keys were lost. One reviewer said a lock job left the locks unusable and another locksmith was needed to fix the work; a commercial customer said the cost had not been explained clearly beforehand.
