Dan is amazing! Olympic Lock & Key was the only locksmith open after 5pm. I called for help tonight because my dogs locked me out of my car while it was running and the heater was on full blast, I was freaking out because they started panting while I was trying to get in by myself, Dan said it would take him a little bit to get to me, so I decided to keep trying while I was stuck waiting, well I finally got in myself and called him to let him know, he was only about 2 minutes away at that time, he said he was hurrying because he's a dog lover as well, I told him I was so sorry, I felt so bad that he drove all that way for me and then I didn't need him anymore....but I will definitely be calling him again if that ever happens to me again. We had just unpacked to check on our cabin when my Blue Heeler (placed inside while we started the campfire) decided to jump up on the door and locked us out with all car and cabin keys inside. Thankfully we had our cell phones so it could've been a worse situation. After a four hour drive, turning around was not an option to retrieve an extra set of keys. I contacted Olympic Lock and Key around 6:30 PM. We are located 45 minutes away and Trevor showed up in 45 minutes with professionalism and a great sense of humor (which we needed at that time). He was able to pick the lock in under a minute...impressive but also scary knowing our lock could be picked so fast. Trevor is our hero and saved us a ton of money as our other option was to break-in through a window. Thank you, Trevor & Olympic Lock and Key. We appreciate you more than you will ever know. Great service, open late, and reasonable price. 5 stars!
