Service is above and beyond, Randy came in a very timely manner to service our needs. Our key had broken in half, Randy not only replaced the broken key, he assessed the key hole and lubricated it so that we wouldn't struggle with wiggling the key to open the door anymore. He left our door lock better than before! I had only expected a replacement key but Randy really exceeded my expectations! Very kind, efficient, and professional work.
We are so blessed to have found Randy at McGuires Lock and Key!! We only got one key fob from Honda when we bought our Ridgline truck, and they told us we could just buy another one later. Come to find out, the price to buy a new one was something over $500!!! Randy could make one for less than half the price. So glad that he can do that, and such a nice person. Thank you Rancy, will keep in touch when we have our next catastrophe!!
Wow! I called and asked if they could change a couple of inside door handles to locking ones. I was told they could and would come this very day to do the job. I was very impressed with the knowledge Randy had. Both he and his wife Julie work very well together. They were both extremely professional. They even cleaned up and vacuumed with their own VACUUM! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.
I needed a new key for my 2016 Honda CRV and called them. The owners are very nice, the service was quick and the price was very affordable, much better than the dealership!!! My new key works perfectly!! I would definitely recommend them for any key services that you need.
