The keys were made fast and work wonderful. Had an issue with the payment. Kept saying system error, or couldn't read info. Took ten minutes to finally accept. And expensive.
Took all my info for locked car keys and said a Tech will be calling me. After an hour and hearing from nobody I called back to inquire and the lady said sorry there’s not a tech available to help. I asked if anybody was planning on calling me back to let me know and then she hung up on me. Useless service do not recommend.
Beyond the rudest lady I have spoken to. Didnt provide a name, spoke over as i asked for her name. When asked for simple information like price, and potential timings on when the job can be completed, all I got in return was attitude."If you don't want there services, you can look somewhere else" her last words before hanging up.Bravo.
The keys are perfect. That’s why the 5 starts.But I lost one of my keys inside kiosk- which is stuck at the vending end. I was totally disappointed. I rather asked Walmart people, they said they don’t have any access to it.
I have bought a few keys and I have had no problem with any key not working or fitting properly. I plan to use Minute Key for all my future Key reproductions. Excellent Quality
