I came in to cut a few keys. Very helpful and pleasant experience as a walk-in and email communication before that. Responsive!
Job# 32901Alex and Team were great! They initially had an issue with my vehicle not accepting the new key but they were able to come up with a solution and now everything works great, including the auto start!I will definitely come back for any other lock issues or replacements for my home and cars, and I will for sure recommend them if I know if any friends & family need new keys, locks or repairs. Thanks guys!
Great guys! Very straight forward. Ran into issues with my car reprogramming and they had to keep it an extra day but we're super good with explaining to me. Would highly recommend to anyone!
had the pleasure of working with Alex. He clearly explained the entire process, including the pricing and timeline. The work was completed faster than expected, and the final result met all my expectations. The keys work perfectly. Based on my positive experience, I’ve already recommended their services to others.
Thanks for helping on my CRV key situation this morning, didn't get your name but trying out the way I proposed to help save some bucks for me is very nice and definitely out of your duty.Just wanna update on the situation but can't reach you through the phone. So the tape made it work as a remote key but unfortunately the buttons failed to work. Then I got home with proper tools so tried one more time to remove the plastic cover of the chip, and it worked, shown in the photo. So in case anyone made similar stupid mistake like me and reached out to you guys, now there's a cheaper way of fix, just buy the cheapest shell or replacement key out there, and swap the shell needed.
