I had an amazing experience with Window Bars Inc. I was locked out of my safe after losing both the keys and the code. I brought it into their shop, and the gentleman there patiently picked the lock, opened it for me, replaced the batteries, and even helped me set up a new code. To my surprise, he refused to charge me anything, saying it wasn’t much work.

That level of honesty, generosity, and professionalism is very rare these days. From my first phone call to email communication and then in person, their customer service was excellent to say the least, polite, responsive, and sincere throughout.

I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend Window Bars Inc. to anyone looking for a company that is genuine, hardworking, and committed to serving people the right way.
