Good quality horrible service. The guy working there was very rude no manners no customer service. I was a bit of a jerk. I do not recommend using their services unless you like getting treated poorly. The person working behind the counter was a younger man. I’ve been going to the spot for years and up until now, I’ve never been treated like that. I spent $48 there on keys. I don’t get it you go there you’re spending your money there, but you get treated like a jerk. That’s the last time they’ll collect any money from me. I am born and raised in Oxnard and believe in spending my money locally on shops like this instead of going to Lowe’s Or Home Depot. Where is the customer service?
The gentleman behind the counter was none too friendly. The service however was excellent. And the prices are very reasonable.
I went in to get a few keys made for work and as soon as I walked in I could see the only employee there eating chips, rolling his eyes and giving me such an attitude for disrupting him. Granted the keys were made efficiently and in less than 5 minutes... I think I might go back to using the Key Kiosks in the grocery stores. Who needs that kind of gruff? I was there 4.22.24 @ 2:30pm
I previously left a 3 star review talking about the unfriendly service, but I went back and the same young man was working the front. Total 180 from before. He was friendly, helpful, and sparked some nice conversation. This is definitely my go-to again for key copies and locks. Support local business!
