Great service. My door latch broke and they said they could be there in a couple of hours. I scheduled for the next afternoon as I was headed out.Their employee showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and the price was very, very reasonable.These guys are going in my contacts on my phone. It really doesn't get much better than this.
My car remote had not worked for a long time. I had replaced the battery, but it still did not work. Figured I would have to replace the remote. Having checked with the dealership on several occasions, I was aware that the replacement cost was ridiculously high. Costco offers remote replacement periodically at a much more affordable price. I was about to take that route, but decided to check with a locksmith and I’m glad I did. The price they quoted me was even less than Costco. When I arrived for my appointment, they said, let us check your non-working remote. He put in a new battery and adjusted some of the contacts inside the remote and we tested it. It worked perfectly. I am extremely happy with their service, honesty, and integrity. They could have just replaced my remote and made more money and I wouldn’t have been the wiser. I recommend them highly!
We accidentally locked ourselves out of an exam room due to a simple security lock issue. Thomas arrived promptly and resolved the problem within 10 minutes. He discovered that the knobs had not been properly installed and took the time to fix all of them. Fast, professional, and thorough service. Highly recommend.
