Cannot recommend enough, support this American owned business!I called 7 different locksmith to get back into my car in Inlet Beach. Four of those other “businesses” the same guy answered each on different phone numbers - very sketchy and wouldn’t give me an exact price. I got in touch with ABC Lock and immediately knew he’s trustworthy and knows his business as soon as we talked on the phone. He was quick and courteous and the price was exactly as he told me. I had a tricky case with a separate ignition key, etc. and it was no problem for him. He even left me with an extra key.
I promise you should call them first. We lost our keys between the car and the hotel room or the beach. They answered the phone on the 3rd ring on a Sunday morning at 9:30. Were polite and said they would be to our car in 15 minutes. I kid you not he was probably there in 5. We did have trouble getting the key code, but he never gave up and didn’t even get frustrated. I have a feeling other lock smiths would have given up. We called AAA before calling them and it would have been tomorrow before they were able to help. Again call them first. Thank you for your excellent service
The customer service started from the phone call until he left me. Unfortunately because of my stress, I don't remember his name! However, the gentleman that came to help me was fast to arrive, friendly, knowledgeable, shared caring information like if I have to replace my key fob, it will delete access to all the old ones. After I didn't find the key in the care he suggested stepping on the brake pedal to see if was in the car. This to me was top tier care. I felt like he went above the bar and show that he represents the profession with honor. He was super patient with me and made me feel as if I was he focus not just happy to be making money! That is stellar!
