Reviews mention mixed experiences. Some customers report keys worked as expected and appreciated the convenience of the grocery-store location. Others cite problems such as slow kiosk processing, payment reader difficulties, missed mobile appointments, and high or unclear pricing for on-site lockouts. Prospective customers often recommend confirming quotes and timing before booking mobile service.
Avoid! Took almost 30 minutes to print 2 standard house keys and then failed on the 3rd key and had to refund me. I even paid extra for more "detailed, precise cutting" and both keys I received were riddled with metal shavings and missing all of the "teeth" on the key, rendering them both unusable. Waste of time and money.
Good key. Worked fine. Problem with the credit card reader. Took several attempts with the reader. The tap didn't work. But the key is fine. Located in a grocery store. Good place.
I called to have a door unlocked, the most basic front door lock ever and I was charged $389. Never got a quote ahead of time, just got extorted for the money after they did the work, which took all of five minutes, if that. Do not call these people under any circumstances.
There should be an option to give 0 stars. We called them and asked for an appointment to fix our car key. They set an appointment at 5 p.m., and no one ever came. I kept calling them to find an answer to what was happening, and they kept lying and making me wait. In the end, no one came, and no explanations were given. Never contact this company.
The keys worked perfectly. I was able to get a rare key duplicated there without any problem. I was very satisfied with my experience with KeyMe.
